Sri Lanka Honeymoon 7-Day Private Escape
Picture an open train window with tea slopes sliding past, a quiet jeep at dawn in Yala and a long beach with nobody else on it. These seven private days for couples run from Kandy and Ella to the wild south and the old walls of Galle.

Overview
A honeymoon in Sri Lanka works best when it balances discovery with time to do nothing at all. This route starts in Kandy, where the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic and the lakeside town make an easy first stop, before the road and railway climb into the hills. The train from Nanu Oya to Ella is a shared highlight for many couples, all tea gardens, tunnels and waterfalls, and Ella’s cool evenings and valley views invite you to slow down.
From the highlands the journey drops to Yala for a private jeep safari, where leopards, elephants and sloth bears may appear but are never guaranteed. The final days belong to the south coast: a beach stay near Tangalle with nothing scheduled, and then Galle Fort, where you can walk the ramparts together at sunset before flying home.
Private transfers throughout mean you set the pace, and quieter stays can be chosen for privacy.
Think of this as a draft: the route, pace and hotels are tailored around your dates and preferences, and no booking is made until you confirm.
