Lunuganga Country Estate

Geoffrey Bawa’s country estate on Dedduwa Lake near Bentota. He reshaped its gardens over about forty years from 1949 until his death in 2003. A small number of individually designed rooms are spread across the grounds and kept as Bawa intended. Teardrop Hotels runs the stays, and the property has a pool overlooking the lake.
